The Avidity Semi-Automatic Rifle from Avidity Arms is the first rifle on the market with an Internally Funneled (IF) magazine well. The design features of the IF Magwell make it easier to reload and to deal with complex malfunctions.
Rob Pincus demonstrates a reload and clearing a double feed, showing how the innovative IF Magwell makes these easier. Malfunction clearing in particular is easier with the IF Magwell for people with short or thick fingers or less hand and arm strength. This is useful during firearms training and more important if you use a rifle for defensive purposes.
