Holosun HS507C

This is the hollow sun 507 C and this is a red.site that's primarily designed for pistol use, but also can be used on a long gun. And of course, it's like all the other great products from hollow sun. It integrates both battery and solar power and this particular one is set up with a dot A circle or a circle and dot red, the dot is set up at two mo A, the larger circle is a 32 mo A, it's got 10 daylight settings of brightness and it's got two set up for night vision. One of the cool things about this is it does have a memory. So it obviously is going to stay set where you set it in terms of brightness.

If you set it up for home defense or you carry in daylight and you're setting it up for daytime, bright sunlight like we're in now, whatever you set it up for on the motion sensor, when it's activated, it will shut itself down to protect the battery. But when you bring it out, when it wakes itself back up, it's going to go right back to the setting that you put it at now. As far as the red.site on the pistol goes, I'm not a big advocate of that. But if you choose to go that route with your carry gun or your home defense staged gun, I can definitely tell you that this hollow sun is a rugged product. This particular one has been shot thousands and thousands of rounds.

It's been on there for about nine months now. And as most of you know, if you follow personal defense network or you follow my social media, I definitely don't baby my demo gear. So this particular one has been mounted on this pistol bouncing around in the back of the tour truck inside of a truck, vault, unpadded. It's also been beat up on the range used in all kinds of weather. Um This is a very reliable endur product.

It's got 50,000 hour battery life and of course, it is waterproof and parallax free. Now, one of the important things, remember again, looking at this solar panel on the top of the hollow sun that is a backup to the battery. So that will power the device. But it also in automatic mode is going to adjust the brightness for you. So if you're not in manual mode, using one of those 10 daylight or two night vision settings, this will adjust the brightness of that radical or the dot that you're seeing inside of the screen to where standing.

So if you're in bright light, it's gonna go ahead and brighten up that radical. If you're in a dark, dark or dimly lit space, it's gonna darken it down so that you're not just getting blown out by the brightness of the dot So again, hollow sun products are dual fuel, they are battery and or solar, they are automatic or manual mode, waterproof. And I definitely tell you that they will stand up to some abuse. So for the price, you can't really do better than a hollow sun product. And the 507 C is a great option for pistol or long gun.
