Earlier Mete pistols from Canik are very reliable, very affordable, and ergonomically suited to home defense, tactical duty use for military and law enforcement, and competition. Then a couple years ago, the Mete MC9 was released, the first compact version of a Mete firearm. It’s actually a subcompact, with a short grip, barrel and slide, and suited for concealed carry. Now the Mete MC9 LS is on the market – L for long and S for slim.
